Content GUBERNA has been recognized by the official Belgian presidency of the European Council to organize the 10th European Corporate Governance Conference.
The Conference will take place in Brussels on the 6-7th of December 2010.
Different European partners will be involved in developing conference. The programme will focus on shareholders as well as on board effectiveness: “Can we make corporate governance more effective? How to combine board, shareholder and external monitoring?
