GUBERNA has been recognized by the official Belgian presidency of the European Council to organize the 10th European Corporate Governance Conference.

The Conference will take place in Brussels on the 6-7th of December 2010.

Different European partners will be involved in developing conference. The programme will focus on shareholders as well as on board effectiveness: “Can we make corporate governance more effective? How to combine board, shareholder and external monitoring?
