During the first phase of the Covid-19 crisis, our own GUBERNA board members shared their experiences and insights regarding resilience in our eXperience Sessions.
They told their authentic story of how they fulfilled their roles in these unprecedented circumstances and searched for a script that was not there.
This series was highly appreciated and we promised you a follow-up. From December onwards, we once again address our own directors on the challenges posed by the Covid crisis. "We are not running a sprint but a marathon", suggested one director in spring 2020, but the finishing line is perhaps in sight, or not? To what extent has this crisis reshaped the role and functioning of a board of directors? Have the predictions come true? Are we facing new challenges? We hope to be able to lift a corner of the veil.
We will embark with two duo-interviews with GUBERNA board members that will be live-streamed from our Home of Governance in Brussels. The summary of the previous editions will serve as starting point>>.
A limited number of members have the opportunity to physically attend the interview in our Home of Governance in Brussels (Koningsstraat/rue Royale 148) and exchange with the board members present afterwards in a convivial setting. Participation including food & beverages costs €75 (VAT excl.). Registrations are taken on a first come, first served base.
On Tuesday 7 December we warmly welcome at 17.00 Mrs Alexia Bertrand (board member, Ackermans & van Haaren) and
Mr. Philippe Leroy (CHU Saint-Pierre, CEO) who will share their experiences. This session will be moderated by Mrs Liesbeth De Ridder (Secretary General & Reach Officer, GUBERNA).
