Nicolas Coomans

Research Associate – Listed Companies & Public Governance 

Nicolas Coomans joined GUBERNA in March 2020 as a Research Associate. 

Nicolas is active in the expertise centres Listed Companies and Public Governance. Within these centres, he contributes to research projects, board evaluation assignments, and trainings on corporate governance. He is also in charge of the scientific secretariat of the Belgian Corporate Governance Committee and a member of the ecoDa advocacy committee. 

Prior to joining GUBERNA, Nicolas worked as a deputy adviser at the Federation of Enterprises in Belgium, where he was engaged in research and advocacy activities on mobility and sustainable development. 

He holds a master of Public Management and Public Policy and a master of International Business Economics and Management, both obtained at the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven.
