The participation fee is €200 (excluding VAT) for all attendees, except for GUBERNA members and members of Belgian Association of Listed Companies, who benefit from a reduced rate of €150 (excluding VAT)
The Annual Listed Company Day, organised in collaboration between GUBERNA and VBO FEB, will take place on the afternoon of 13 November 2025.
This year, we will address the central question: “How can corporate governance remove legal and market barriers?” The forum will bring together leading policymakers, board members, and business leaders to exchange views on the evolving role of governance in fostering innovation and sustainable growth.
Offering a unique platform for dialogue, the event will explore how good governance can help companies navigate legal and market dynamics while strengthening their competitiveness and future orientation.
