Programme
The training consists of one training day in Ghent or Brussels from 9:00 until 17:30. The training will be given in English.
PART 1: GenAI: An introduction and strategic challenges
Led by an AI technology expert, a legal specialist, and a senior risk & compliance strategist, this interactive morning session will explore the strategic, legal, and ethical dimensions of implementing Generative AI in organisations.
PART 2: Hands-on GenAI experience for boards
The afternoon session focuses on how board members can effectively engage with AI. Participants will be guided through a practical cheat sheet and three real-world cases.
PART 3: Practical Case Study on GenAI
