Alumni Day 2019
Information générale
Les inscriptions pour cet événement sont clôturées
Be our guest and join us at the Alumni Day on Tuesday 18 June 2019, where we will take a moment to look at the innovations introduced by the new Code of Companies and Associations (CSA) and their impact on Alumni.
We will focus on "The responsibility of the individual director under the New Code of Companies and Associations".
Does the new CSA really bring about a revolution from the administrator's point of view?
Does it guarantee a legal framework allowing directors to better contribute to the societal interest? To what extent are the monetary caps set by the new law effectively able to limit director liability? How to define the concept of serious misconduct? What role will case-law play in determining certain legal aspects whose practical outcome is still unknown?
All these and more questions will be answered by the speakers who will share their expertise at the event.
