Good governance and resilience are highly intertwined. A resilient board deals with change and crisis effectively, while staying true to the organisation’s purpose. It combines agility with continuity and acts in a proactive but structured way. Instead of resisting change, resilience requires openness and awareness of external factors, giving way to new possibilities.
The GUBERNA Director’s Day will be a fully digital event, combining joint sessions - broadcasted live from the GUBERNA Home of Governance – with interactive breakout sessions in small digital groups.
What can I expect?
Director’s Day 2020 embarks digitally at 14.00 CET from our studio in the GUBERNA Home of Governance in Brussels where our 3 keynote speakers will share their experiences with the current crisis.
At 15:00 CET, you will digitally break out to the business case of the organisation you selected from our pool of six organisations. The seasoned business leader of this organisation will share his/ her personal experiences during the corona crisis with you. This testimonial will be followed by an interactive discussion in small groups on the digital platform.
When registering, please select the business case you would like to participate in.
We conclude the event with a live broadcasted panel discussion from the GUBERNA Home of Governance with CEO’s and business leaders.

Therefore, please indicate your top 3 of business cases you would like to participate in during the event. Places will be allocated on a first come, first served basis, considering your top 3 list. Cancellation policy
You can cancel your registration free of charge up to 16/02/2021 by sending an email to events@guberna.be . If you are unable to attend, a colleague can take your place. If you cancel after 16/02/2021, you will be charged the costs of the event.
