The Secretary General Masterclass on 7 March 2024 at Comet Louise marks the inaugural activity of the GUBERNA Secretary General Platform. This platform aims to address the shared need to exchange experiences and insights among Secretary Generals.
This Masterclass has been specifically designed for the Secretary Generals of Belgian companies. It combines the expertise of GUBERNA and the experience of the members of the platform to offer you a unique learning and networking opportunity.
The day starts with an update on the regulations and the latest info on remuneration, upcoming codes etc. In the afternoon, we welcome Nathalie Delaere to explain how corporate culture relates to CSRD regulation. We end the day with a double testimonial of Alessandra Di Lisio (Secretary General of Lloyds) and Kristof Macours (Group Company Secretary Euroclear) on how ESG affects their daily lives. Before, between and after the sessions there will be time to network and exchange with peers.
For whom?
This masterclass is intended for Secretary Generals of Belgian companies. While the GUBERNA Secretary General Platform is exclusive for GUBERNA Premium Members, the Masterclass is open to members as well as non-members.

The GUBERNA Secretary General Platform is designed for Secretary Generals of Belgian companies. This platform aims to address the shared need to exchange experiences, knowledge and insights among Secretary Generals facing common challenges. The members of the Platform organise a yearly Masterclass together with GUBERNA and two yearly Exchanges where they inspire each other in a confidential setting. The platform is open to Premium Members of GUBERNA.
