On 18 October 2023, GUBERNA and its partner VBO FEB will organise their traditional “Listed Company Day”, an exclusive seminar where renowned speakers discuss current and future trends in the governance of listed companies. The topic of this year will be "Governing Sustainable Value Chains: A Corporate Governance Approach to Due Diligence". As regulators, investors, and other stakeholders increasingly require companies to integrate due diligence in their decision-making processes, this topic has become very relevant for directors.
The proposal for a Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive, currently under negotiation at the European level, is one example of this trend. If you want to learn more about the concrete implications for your company and your board, make sure to book the date in your agenda.
Price
€150 for members of GUBERNA or FEB-affiliated federations; €200 for non-members (excluding VAT).
