EC launches online platform on corporate governance
To facilitate the exchange of best practices, the European Commission has launched an Online Platform on Corporate Governance which provides easy access to a vast source of information and encourages a dialogue to drive stakeholder engagement & stewardship and to foster sustainable corporate governance.
It is grouped around 10 corporate governance topics: monitoring corporate governance codes, investor stewardship & engagement, investor disclosure about investment mandates, shareholders rights, directors’ remuneration, board members’ independence, board diversity, takeover bids, digitalisation and sustainability.
Members can contribute & start discussions, upload documents, and inform of upcoming major events.
To join, create an ECAS account and send an email to JUST-CG-OP@ec.europa.eu with the following information
