As a Premium Member, you can benefit from GUBERNA's Premium services, such as an evaluation of your board of directors, an in-company tailor-made training or a benchmarking of your directors' remuneration. GUBERNA can assist you with a "governance roadmap", where your governance 'tools' (charters, corporate governance chapter annual report, etc.) are reviewed, or where a vision of your future-proof governance model is worked out with you. Numerous other tailor-made services can also be offered.

GUBERNA offers companies tailor-made support in the evaluation of their board of directors.
We are convinced that board evaluation is an integral part of a continuous improvement process.
