How can I sign up or register for a membership?
At GUBERNA, we offer various membership options for both individuals and organizations. You can easily register via our website. Use the GUBERNA Membership Calculator to determine which membership suits you best.

Where can I track the status of my registration?
After registration, you will receive a welcome email. Please also check your spam or junk mail folder to ensure the email hasn't ended up there.

When will I receive the invoice for my membership?
The invoice will be sent by the end of the month in which you registered. If you completed the payment online, you will still receive an overview invoice.

How can I cancel my membership?
For Individual and Young members, cancellation must be requested at least one month before the expiration date. For Corporate members, a notice period of three months before the expiration date is required. Please also refer to our general membership terms and conditions. Contact us via the membership contact form to cancel your membership.

Why don’t I receive immediate confirmation of my registration for the training?
At GUBERNA, we aim to share knowledge and experiences, develop skills, and promote good governance. Therefore, we place great value on interactive sessions, case studies, and the exchange of experiences in small, carefully curated groups in our programs: Director Effectiveness, Board Effectiveness, and Board Simulation.

We put a lot of effort into assembling a diverse and complementary group of participants based on an objective and professional selection process. Your selection for participation in these programs will be confirmed once you receive an email confirmation from GUBERNA.

How do I become a GUBERNA Certified Director?
Our open training program consists of three complementary modules: Director Effectiveness, Board Effectiveness, and Board Simulation. After completing these modules and obtaining the associated certificates, you can earn the title of GUBERNA Certified Director.

What should I do if I can't log in?
Make sure you are using the correct email address linked to your account. If you have forgotten your password, you can request a new one through the "Reset Password" option. For further assistance, feel free to contact us via the website usage contact form.
