General Assembly 2025
On 22 April, GUBERNA held its General Assembly, once again via videoconference.
The 2024 financial statements were unanimously approved. The 2025 budget received broad support.
Philippe Leroy, CEO of Cliniques universitaires Saint-Luc, was reappointed as board member for a four-year term. Hans De Cuyper, CEO of Ageas Group, joined the Board of Directors.
The mandates of Chantal De Vrieze and Paul Dujardin came to an end. Sincere thanks for their commitment and contribution.
The auditor, Peter Vandewalle (VGD), was reappointed for a new three-year term.
After the formal proceedings, Bart De Smet, Chairman of the Board at Ageas, engaged in a conversation with Sandra Gobert. The topic: 'The relevance of governance in a changing and polarised world'."
