About the training
Join us for an interactive one-day GUBERNA Summer School, on June 24, bringing together governance leaders, and international experts. The day will explore how to embed the raw materials value chain within governance discussions, anticipating evolving human needs and global interdependencies. Participants will be invited to strengthen their own intuitive intelligence and complex thinking — key enablers of innovation and strategic foresight in an increasingly uncertain environment. Together, we will discuss how these human capacities can complement technological advances and strengthen informed decision making, as well as ethical responsibility.
To inspire and feed your reflection, we are very happy to welcome as keynote speakers:
-
Janez Potočnik

He served as Director of the Institute of Macroeconomic Analysis and Development in Ljubljana. In 2004 he joined the European Commission as Commissioner responsible for Science and Research. In that period among others, he introduced ERC – European Research Council. In 2010 he became Commissioner for Environment when he proposed the first Circular Economy package in EU policy space, a comprehensive vision kickstarting EU-wide efforts for an economy and society transformation.

Victoria Pellé Reimers
Victoria Pellé Reimers is a Franco-Swedish expert in intuitive intelligence and decision-making. She brings a cross-cultural, strategic perspective to perceptive intelligence in complex, high-stakes, multi-stakeholder environments. Her work positions intuitive intelligence as a critical leadership skill, helping decision-makers recognize emerging inflection points and act when analysis alone is insufficient.
A European Business School graduate, she has researched intuition since 2003 and became an NLP Master Practitioner in 2006. She developed IntuiKeys, a framework that maps intuitive profiles and provides actionable insights for decision-making.
Founder of Intuition Open Source, she works with leadership teams at organizations such as Leroy Merlin and Caisse des Dépôts, and delivers international seminars, including bespoke sessions for the YPO Global Family Business community. Since 2012, she has been a regular expert for APM (Association Progrès du Management).
