Gratis. Registratie is uitsluitend mogelijk voor leden. Inschrijven kan tot en met 15 april. Annuleren is kosteloos mogelijk tot drie dagen vóór het evenement. Bij niet opdagen zonder tijdige annulatie wordt een no-show fee van 75 euro aangerekend.
On April 22, 2026, we will welcome our members in Brussels, at the AG Campus. Reception starts at 4:30 PM, followed by the general assembly. This will be followed by two keynote presentations, after which the event will conclude with a networking cocktail. The event will be held in Dutch and French.
We will take our members through a review of 2025 and share our strategic outlook for the future. Building on our multi-year plan, we will continue working together towards strong and forward-looking governance.
After the statutory part, we will welcome our inspiring guest speakers for a substantive program on innovative good governance and current governance challenges: Lieve Mostrey, Board Member and former Chief Executive Officer at Euroclear; Heidi Delobelle, Chief Executive Officer at AG Insurance & Managing Director Belgium at Ageas; Cécile Coune, Chair of the Board of Directors of Proximus; and Fabrice Brion, Founder & CEO of I-care Group.
Important information for participants – voting on 22/04
During the meeting on April 22, electronic voting will take place. To participate in the voting, each attendee must have their own mobile phone (smartphone) or iPad/tablet with an active SIM card and mobile data.
