On Tuesday June 7th, we invite Katrien Beuckelaers, CCO and Chief ESG Officer at the Belgian bank NewB. This session will be held in English.
Katrien has over twenty years of experience in financial institutions in customer-facing roles: from customer management over product development to marketing and commercial strategy. Growing NewB as a Belgian cooperative, ethical and sustainable bank is her driving force. She joined NewB from a belief in the power of the financial world to put banking back in the service of society and the planet.
NewB is a cooperative bank insisting on a sustainable and ethical way of banking. Katrien will talk about how NewB makes this possible and the challenges they’ve faced on the way.

GUBERNA Home of Governance Talks 2022
Following our successful first series of Home of Governance Talks, we are now launching a 2nd series on the theme of "Governance in Transition - Cap 2030".
Almost everyone is convinced of the sustainability idea, but many are still struggling with how to put it into practice.
This initiative is drawn from the various GUBERNA centres and consists of 'live' interviews of a GUBERNA team member with a fascinating personality who has a special experience with the centre's target group. The interviews are 'streamed' from the GUBERNA Home of Governance but can also be viewed on a delayed basis by GUBERNA members.
