Large companies and listed companies are increasingly subject to regular reporting on the social and environmental risks they face, and on the impact of their activities on people and the environment. Due to the growing complexity of these regulatory frameworks (cf. CSRD & ESRS) and the difficulty of their concrete application, directors are looking for information.
In response to this need for understanding, GUBERNA, in partnership with Allen & Overy and Ernst & Young, are pleased to invite you to an information session for GUBERNA members on sustainability reporting, on March 28th, starting at 3 pm. This session will offer a concise overview of relevant legislation and standards, alongside practical guidelines and tools. Furthermore, a panel discussion will be held, dedicated to addressing all questions and concerns from the audience.
