At this annual meeting, exclusively for GUBERNA members, we will reflect on how to foster a sustainable value-oriented governance that fits in a credible roadmap to 2030. Pledges without clear plans are worthless and it’s time to act right now. Boards have a huge responsibility in driving their organizations towards a sustainable business model. They should be bold and more ambitious. As business as usual will have no future, governance actors will have to accelerate their transition too. What should be the next steps
