Arnaud Hubert

Arnaud joined GUBERNA in December 2020 as Junior Researcher in the Public Governance Centre.

Arnaud is involved in various evaluation and training projects which support directors. Additionally, Arnaud is in charge of research projects aimed at improving knowledge on public governance.

Before joining GUBERNA, Arnaud worked in Ireland in various research institutes and was in charge of international development at Smart Cooperative.

Arnaud holds a Master's degree in European Studies from the Catholic University of Leuven
