Project Coordinator for Digital Innovation

Lana Hambrouck joined GUBERNA in April 2024 as Project Coordinator for Digital Innovation. In this role, she coordinates various digital projects within the organization and serves as the central contact point for website and CRM system inquiries. Lana oversees updates, changes, and improvements, ensuring clear communication with both internal and external stakeholders. 

Previously, Lana worked as an Innovation Officer, where she developed ideas into concrete concepts and project plans and led test projects to obtain Proof of Concept. Before that, she served as a Junior Business Developer, focusing on business consulting and market research. 

She holds a Bachelor's degree in Idea and Innovation Management from Erasmushogeschool Brussel, graduating Cum Laude in 2020, and has completed courses in BPM and BPMN 2.0 and Unified Modeling Language (UML). 

Lana is a curious and solution-oriented professional passionate about collaborative teamwork.
