Previous Editions
Key findings of the last edition
The results of the latest edition (2023) of the monitoring study can be summarised as follows: listed companies largely comply with the provisions of the Code and provide explanations for deviations in only a small number of cases. This indicates that companies make limited use of the flexibility offered by the "comply or explain" principle, as observed in previous studies. A positive finding is that only a minimal proportion of the Code’s provisions are neither applied nor explained, reflecting a notable improvement compared to the previous edition of the study.
