GUBERNA Sounding Board Committees

The GUBERNA Sounding Board Committees were formed from the GUBERNA Directors Council to foster discussions and be a sounding board for the GUBERNA Centres of Expertise around the key themes: Cybersecurity, Sustainability and SME & Startup/scaleup. The working groups provide a platform for experts from our member network to exchange knowledge, experiences and best practices around major challenges facing directors and boards.

Each Sounding Board Committee consists mainly of GUBERNA Certified Directors and is in close contact with GUBERNA's Knowledge Development team to achieve maximum knowledge exchange. This is one of the ways in which GUBERNA keeps its finger on the pulse in terms of new trends and developments in specific domains.

Purpose and Importance of the Committees

The working groups contribute to studies and also write articles themselves. They organise events around their respective themes where exchange of knowledge and experience is central.
