On Tuesday, April 22, 2025, GUBERNA will host its digital General Members' Meeting, starting at 5:00 PM. During this meeting, we will guide you through our 2024 annual review and provide a preview of our strategic plans. This year is special, as we are not only launching a new multi-year strategic plan but also celebrating a historic milestone: the 30th anniversary of GUBERNA!
After the statutory part of the meeting, we will welcome Mr. Bart De Smet, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Ageas and Chairman of the Corporate Governance Committee, among other roles. In an interactive session, he will share his insights on innovative good governance and the importance of governance codes such as the Code 2020. To tailor this session to our members' interests, we offer the opportunity to submit questions in advance. Further details on this will be provided after registration.
