Following the success of our first & second masterclass for Secretary Generals last year, we are delighted to invite you to a new edition this year! This masterclass is once again specially designed for Secretary Generals and professionals in similar roles.
About the training
As a Secretary-General, you are the architect of board effectiveness. While directors make the decisions, you ensure the process runs smoothly, transparently, and in line with governance best practices. You ensure compliance, structure, and transparency while enabling the board to make informed decisions. This requires technical expertise, and mastering boardroom dynamics.
The Secretary-General Masterclass equips you with the tools and expertise to manage complex governance processes with confidence, and support the board in achieving its strategic objectives.
For whom?
This masterclass is intended for Secretary Generals of Belgian companies. While the GUBERNA Secretary General Platform is exclusive for GUBERNA Premium Members, the Masterclass is open to members as well as non-members.
