Depending on the needs of your organisation, this membership allows your organisation to deploy one free personal governance coaching session of its choice every two years.

With this membership, your organisation offers its directors and top management representatives (executive committee, management committee, & secretary general) the opportunity to be involved as an effective member in the operation of GUBERNA and thus keep abreast of the latest developments in good governance.

GUBERNA Board of Trustees

Your lead representative becomes a member of the GUBERNA Board of Trustees (advisory body to the GUBERNA Board of Directors) and is invited to the annual meeting.
GUBERNA Chair Platform and CEO Platform

Your Chair and CEO become members of the GUBERNA Chair Platform and CEO Platform, respectively, and are invited to the respective meetings.

Free education for your representatives

With this premium membership your key representatives can participate in different education programmes for free.

Per year and for a period of 5 years, your organisation has 1 free participation in the 4 following education programmes: Director Effectiveness and Board Effectiveness, for the Dutch edition and the French edition.

For any additional registration you get a 30% discount per course (excluding those in collaboration with external partners and the Board Simulation programme).
