Are you craving knowledge and innovation? So do we. By establishing a Research Partnership, we collaborate together with organisations on research that addresses important governance issues.
As a Research Partner, you (and your organisation) will be closely involved in every step of the research process: from defining the research subject to publishing the results.
Your organisation as a Research Partner
During our five-year agreement, your Research Partnership with GUBERNA is exclusive and privileged from other organisations active in your sector. At regular intervals we discuss the positioning, further development and valorisation of the results of our joint research project.
Of course, your organisation enjoys prominent visibility in all communications about the research and in related publications, press conferences and events!
As a Research Partner, your elected representatives naturally enjoy the GUBERNA Individual Membership benefits, and it goes without saying that extensive and valuable benefits for your organisation will be included.

Your organisation benefits from GUBERNA Premium Governance Assistance at a discounted cost: such as a board assessment, a review of your governance documents, an in-organisation training, a remuneration benchmark or customised guidance.

Your representatives participate in the Director Effectiveness and Board Effectiveness training programmes free of charge. Additional participants enjoy a 30% discount.

GUBERNA Board of Trustees
Your main representative becomes a member of the GUBERNA Board of Trustees (the advisory body to the GUBERNA Board of Directors) and is invited to the annual meeting.

GUBERNA Chair Platform and CEO Platform
Your Chair and CEO become members of the GUBERNA Chair Platform and CEO Platform, respectively, and are invited to the relevant meetings.

Your representatives are invited free of charge (or with discount) to all activities organised by GUBERNA for its members (with the exception of activities organised with other organisations, the GUBERNA Director’s Day and the GUBERNA International Governance Forum).
