The GUBERNA Sounding Board Committee for SME/Start-up/Scale-ups aims to promote good governance among SMEs, start-ups and scale-ups. In such companies, the importance of governance is sometimes overlooked because of the already energy-intensive day-to-day operations. However, to evolve properly and avoid future problems, an appropriate governance structure is essential: it helps to solve many challenges and facilitates development. 

The aim of this SBC is to promote reflection on the governance of SMEs, start-ups and scale-ups by bringing together a range of experts on the subject, promoting the exchange of knowledge, experience and best practice - and ultimately raising awareness and visibility. This Sounding Board Committee consists mostly of GUBERNA Certified Directors and serves as a platform to foster conversations.
