Rachel Feller

Rachel Feller is Lifelong Learning Manager and member of the Management Committee of GUBERNA which she joined in 2016. She has teaching assignments in GUBERNA courses and in external lectures or incompany trainings. She actively participates in board evaluation missions and is responsible for the development of the unlisted companies' segment. She has at heart to explore the key topics of corporate governance and ESG from a multi-stakeholder perspective.

Besides, she is a member of the Education Committee of ecoDa (the European Confederation of Directors’ Associations) and she also serves as an independent director in the Belgian for social profit organisation APEDA.

Rachel has an extensive international experience in both creative industries and higher education management. She previously was head of corporate relations of the Université catholique de Louvain (UCLouvain), and coordinator of the UCLouvain interdisciplinary entrepreneurship programme. She served as secretary-general of the Advisory Board of the Louvain School of Management. Prior to joining UCLouvain, she had 20-years' experience in the fashion industry. She was part of the management teams of family-owned companies and fast-growing SMEs operating in Europe, Asia and North Africa; managing international projects involving interdisciplinary and cross-cultural collaborations.  

Rachel holds a Business Engineering degree from UCL-Louvain School of Management.
