On 3 February at 16h00, ecoDa is organising a webinar on the European People Governance Charter, an updated reference framework developed by the H-User Institute in collaboration with Partena. The Charter provides a practical and structured approach to people governance for Boards of Directors and Executive Committees, promoting cooperation, transparency and shared responsibility across organisations.

What to expect

The webinar is led by the People Governance Commission of the H-User Institute and chaired by Olivier Hérout (EVP HR & H&S, Equans). Béatrice Richez-Baum will deliver the opening remarks, followed by a discussion between Hannele Jakosuo Jansson (Neste / Finnair) and Olivier Hérout, moderated by Serge Hubert (H-User Institute). The session will conclude with key takeaways.
