GUBERNA Directors Assembly 2024

Our GUBERNA (Certified) Directors are invited to join the GUBERNA Directors Assembly which precedes the GUBERNA National Member Forum. New GUBERNA (Certified) Directors will receive their certificate during the event.

Interactive discussions amongst GUBERNA (Certified) Directors

Dialogue and interaction will be central during the event where you'll be invited to discuss a selection of topics with your peers. The exchange of experiences and points of view during these conversations will undoubtedly inspire you in your role as director.  Three topics are based on the GUBERNA Sounding Board Committees who are currently active:  'Cybersecurity', 'Sustainability', 'SME & Startup/Scaleup'. All of course, looked at from a director's perspective. The fourth topic is directly related to our community: 'The value of being GUBERNA Certified Director'.

Your active participation as a governance expert is essential. We are convinced that our community can create a much bigger impact with the support of each of you. Join us on the 6th of June.

This event is free and exclusive for GUBERNA (Certified) Directors. Please note that a fee of 75€ excl. VAT is invoiced upon no show or cancellation within 3 days before the event.
