Over the past decade, the expectations placed on companies regarding their company culture, leadership style, and diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) strategy have notably increased. This trend is not only evident globally but can also be observed in Belgium. We published a recent article on the topic.

In this webinar, we will further explore why and how boards and executive committees could take action with respect to DEI. Our speakers will bring the legal and the board perspectives to the table regarding this important topic.

About the GUBERNA Home of Governance Talks

Following our successful series of Home of Governance Talks, in 2020 and 2022, we are launching a 3rd series in 2024.

The questions will be adapted to the sector, organisation, or person in question.

This initiative is drawn from the various GUBERNA centres and consists of 'live' interviews by a GUBERNA team member with an engaging personality who has a particular experience with the centre's target audience. The interviews are 'streamed' from the GUBERNA Home of Governance but are also available for GUBERNA members to watch on a deferred basis
