We will dedicate the National Member Event to the celebration of Prof. dr. Lutgart Van den Berghe, founder, pioneer and former Executive Director of GUBERNA.

At this occasion we will present the Liber Amicorum which is published to honour her achievements.

It brings together the contributions from Xavier Baeten, Roger Barker, Bruno Colmant, Jan De Groof, Koenraad Debackere, Jeroen Delvoie, Xavier Dieux, Kristof Eeckloo, Yves Fassin, Mark Fenwick and Erik P.M.
