The RemNoCo Platform Exchange is an exclusive peer-learning moment organised by GUBERNA, bringing together experienced governance professionals to reflect on complex remuneration and nomination challenges through real-life inspired cases.

Unlike traditional events, the platform is built around confidential, practice-driven exchanges under Chatham House Rules. Participants engage in structured discussions that mirror the dilemmas faced at board and RemNoCo level, enabling them to test approaches, challenge assumptions, and learn from peers facing similar pressures.

About the event

About the event

Through interactive case discussions and expert facilitation, participants benchmark practices, gain fresh perspectives, and explore how to act in sensitive or high-risk governance situations.

Since its launch in 2025, the platform has addressed a series of critical and often under-discussed RemNoCo topics, including:

  • Leadership succession under pressure
  • Executive remuneration in sensitive contexts
  • Ethics and reputation risks
  • Governance crises

These discussions reflect broader structural themes shaping RemNoCo agendas, such as the alignment between remuneration and strategy, the leadership role of the committee, and the evolving expectations towards workforce and stakeholder considerations.

The next edition will take place on Wednesday 9 September from 16:00 to 20:00 at bnode in Brussels, followed by a networking reception.
