The world is in transition, and so is governance. The impact of societal, political and legislative changes on a board of directors is substantial. Today, we live through the transition of value creation to sustainable value creation. In 2021, the Belgian Code 2020 added an explanatory note about sustainable value creation. What does it mean? How can we embody it, bring it into reality, even in these politically and economically volatile times?
GUBERNA, has developed a two-day program on sustainable value creation. This program, A Governance Rodmap to Sustainable Value Creation, will address the concrete impact of EU ESG regulations, sustainable finance policies, and governance frameworks. It aims to provide guidance to directors on implementing sustainable practices and making the transition from traditional value creation to sustainable value creation. The program offers real-life case studies and expert insights.
